Currently there is no MOQ. Please feel free to send your RFQ.
4. Are you muanufcturer or trader?
We are trader, with more than 10 years experience in dental products exporting.
5. How about the warranty for dental equipment?
The equipments will have two years warranty. If having any problem, you can send us the pictures or videos, we will send you the spare parts for free as the replacement.
6. How to arrange shipment?
Usually you will get the EXW price in our quotation. It means that you need to take the consideration of shipment cost. We had forwarder partner whom we cooperated with for many years. If you need, our forwarder can arrange the shipment for you.
7. What is the cooperate method we deal with?
Please note that we only wholesale the dental equipments to the dealer, in order to give the after-sale support as well. For the dealers from different countries, usually we will sign the contract with our dealer for the period of several years.
8. Delivery days for 20’GP container or 40’HQ container?
After receiving your 30% deposit, we will start the production soon. Usually it takes us around 10 working days only to finish one 20‘GP contianer of dental chairs or compressor or other goods and takes around 15 work days to finish one 40’HQ container.
